Roof Skylight is defined as inclined glass coating system with 75 degrees angle to horizontal. Because Roof Skylight is exposed to much higher loads (wind, snow, own weight) compared to curtain walls it is specially designed. Exposure to sun is excessive compared to curtain walls. Temperature differences exert excessive loads to glasses and hence a need for sun ray eliminating thermal glasses arises. Roof Skylight glasses must be safe. They should resist to shocks and should not scatter when broken. Due to this reasons roof glass panels should jointly be tempered and laminated to become safe. Rain water drainage must be utilized against excessive rain and condense channels must be used.
